I chose to focus on this challenge because mental health is a thig that effects a lot of teens and parents now a days. and teens in 2024 are experiencing bullying online through tiktok and snapchat that would cause them to become depressed or suffer with anxiety. for parents they could struggle wit anxiety or depression because they spend all day looking after children or just dealing with the everyday task of being a grown up.
I learned that many people all over the world suffer from some form of mental illness weather it is mild or severe.
the problem I would like to solve for my hero is the bullying they face in school and the anxiety they face gaining into school every morning. and a solution to this problem would be if she opened up and app and logged how she felt each day to release her anxiety and will help her to release some of her anxiety and help her manage her emotions better and mainly to help her to decrease her depression a bit.
