We as a team decided to chose climate change as our challenge. We chose this topic as it is what we know the most about and we also all have an interest in the topic of climate change. We find it interesting as to how our world is changing around us and most of it is due to us and the choices we make everyday. We want to learn more about it and what we as individuals can do to help prevent or slow it down.
We have learnt lots of new things by doing this topic. From our research we have learnt that cliimate change could be irreversible by 2030,more than 1 million species face extinction, humans have already caused 1.07C of warming, two-thirds of extreme weather events in the last 20 years were influenced by humans and theseven warmest years on record have all taken place since 2015.
1. Our hero is Save it Sue. The challenges she faces are climate change and trying to save more energy.
That everyone around her got solar panels on their houses.
One solution we are considering is plant more trees around. This could help our planet from taking in the carbon dioxide and keeping it from the air.
