The reason I focused on the challenge of "displaced people" is because I find it very relevant to what is currently going on with the war in Ukraine and the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. More and more people are losing their homes due to these crises. With this comes complications which we are interested to learn more about.
With the people we've interviewed, we didn't truly understand how hard it is to cope with a new language because people expect you to be able to keep up. From our research, we were also glad to hear that everyone seems to enjoy Ireland and the opportunities it could possibly offer.
What we learned from our hero is that if he hasn't got many qualifications or doesn't speak much of the native language, it is quite possible that they will face some sort of discrimination. Having children could also be extremely challenging financially, especially if you aren't qualified.
If we could improve one thing about our hero it would be for him to have qualifications, because he could support his family and he would be able to receive great job opportunities. If he ends up becoming successful, he could create a foundation to help those who had struggles like him, since he would be empathetic to displaced people.
design a website which acts as a hub for access to all places which can aid people to find a home, places to sort out financials, schools and possibly more. It would be accessible to all in many languages, choose your region and give you all the information you need.
what are your opinions on displaced people and do you think that we have covered everything? Will there be financial and development challenges with creating a website?
