Why as a team did you choose to focus on this challenge?

As a team we choose to use a service to produce and help people in need that we could provide if there struggling to pay the bills we could provide a service and we would send around a survey to see what food and products they would like and need like what food they like and what body and wash products they need and if they have kids what kid products they would need like diapers baby wipes etc and if they can’t afford toys they would like we could chip in and help them out

What do you know now about the challenge that you didn't know before?

What we knew about the challenge before is there is people out there struggling without showing it just because they don’t want to ruin peoples social image on them and expesially if there in a group with a higher paid wage and they think they would look down on them but this is a challenge that nobody can overcome on there own as it is harder life out there expesially with infliction in food rent etc but we know that people that is going through this is working agleast 2-3 jobs Just to provide for them and there family’s

What have you learnt about your Hero?

The things we have learnt about are hero that her and her daughter is living in a council hotel and have to ring every two weeks to get a placement but they wore living in a home and got evicted without a notice but her daughter is still going to collage and are hero is not giving up on trying to get a new home as she is a strong women even tho she wanted to so many times but she knew she had to stay strong and over come this hard and strong challenge that got threw at her

If you could improve one thing for your Hero what would that be?

The thing I would do for her would try get her applied to a home quicker as she is a single mother and doing everything she can and get her daughter a bus pass as it would save more money for her mother and I would get her a laptop so she would not have to keep going back and forward to the library to use a laptop to apply for homes and it would allow her to free up some time from not going back and forward to the library

Do you have any ideas for a potential solution? No matter how raw, share them with your Mentors for feedback.

The solution we have come up with would be to set up a service to drop food around and body products and a financial adviser to help them with there expenses and to help them to cut down on there wants and just to get there needs as this would save them more money even weekly and monthly even if it’s little we would still save them as much as we could but it would still help them in the long run

Ask your Mentor anything …. This is a chance to ask your Mentors a direct question relating to your Big Idea.
