We chose to focus on this challenge as it is a big issue within our society and people our age deal with this problem a lot so we wanted to find a way to help people and make them feel comfortable.
We all already had a good insight and perspective on mental health as everyone has dealt with their mental health in their own ways.
The specific problem we would like to solve for our Hero is that they are a JC student who is apart of a big family and can't focus on her studies at home so she becomes really stressed, and anxiety has recently become a really big issue in her life. Two solutions is for her to try go somewhere such as after school studies, or the library and to try study when she's home alone or put on her headphones with classical music if it helps.
