We feel as though mental isn't focused on enough especially considering how our generation suffers with it. Mental Health is a huge problem and affects peoples everyday life.
That it is an umbrella term, there are many different issues that affect mental health, that it can manifest from any age even very young, and that there can be many solutions or ways to help.
How to overcome an everyday routine with out feeling a lack of motivation, energy and worth. To try to help controlling our emotions and avoid triggers or splitting. Learn how to not let symptoms become worse when around your safe/favourite person.
