Why did your team choose to focus on this challenge?Our team decided to focus on this challenge because we are all interested in the technology industry and wanted to tackle a problem that we enjoy and have interest in. We wanted to see how AI is affecting aspects of humanity (e.g.) jobs, education, construction etc.) This challenge affects us personally because we have to live with this in the future so it is good to tackle a challenge that can be a concern for the future. We think that if we don’t find a solution to this challenge that a lot of jobs could be replaced by AI.
What have you learned about the challenge that you didn't know before?
We now that there is AI in a lot of things in our daily life and most of the time we don’t even notice it. And everyday AI is getting smarter and more progressed.
Outline the specific problem you would like to solve for your Hero and two or three solutions you think would help.
Being replaced by self checkout machines being placed in shops. It might leave him depressed if he gets laid off I think it would also make him learn new things Being replaced by self check out systems. Instead of the job getting replaced we should train the employee in different areas of business like for example they could stock shelves or even handle business orders and delivers like the accounting side of business so they can stay productive throughout the day
