Our Idea

Why as a team did you choose to focus on this challenge?

Personally as a team we feel that lack of sleep is a big problem that can affect our mental health as young people.

What do you know now about the challenge that you didn't know before?

That technology has a massive impact on sleep.

What have you learnt about your Hero?

We would like his mental health and stress levels to improve as a result of a better nights sleep. One of our ideas is an app. On it, you will be able to play soothing and meditative noises such as waves crashing against the coast or birds singing softly in the trees.
