As a team, we chose to do this challenge to help people with struggling mental health because it is a very important to us as a group. This was the challenge that most spoke to us from all of the prompts so it was impossible to choose anything else. We find that mental health is an extremely severe issue that we look forward to solving.
Before beginning this challenge we didn't know about basic mental health knowledge such as the difference between bpd and bptsd. As well as that we didn't know about just how significant it is for us too have a good mental health as it helps with basically everything anyone does.
Our hero's name is Jimmy and he suffers from bpd which is a disorder caused by constant actions of abuse towards him which causes him constant mood swings and makes life more difficult for him to make connections. We wants to control himself and try to understand how other people react to him without lashing out but can't figure out how to.
His borderline personality disorder (bpd) would be one thing that we would improve for our hero. As well as this we would like to help him with how he reacts to people and understand his emotions and how they affect people he cares about.
Our team has a plan to create a mindful journal complete with tranquility spreads, mood planners and other. We believe that this idea would help our hero in understanding and coming to terms with his emotions so that he can live a more fulfilling life.
